When will my order ship?
We strive to dispatch orders within one business day from order placement. (Times may vary during promotional periods)
Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major holidays.
At this time we do not ship internationally from revereshoes.com.au. However, you can purchase internationally from our exclusive distributors listed below.
|Ranges from $8.95 to $24.95, depending on parcel size & location
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes. There will be an additional $8 flat rate surcharge if wanting to add express. All orders over $200 will ship free.
Returns & Exchanges
You are able to return or exchange your merchandise for any reason* within 30 Days of your purchase. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Once we receive your return our team will be working hard to have that processed as fast as possible, although please be aware that times will vary during Christmas/promotional periods.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.
All exchanges, under the returns policy can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact our customer service team on 1300 856 226, or email email@example.com or our live chat to organise a return or exchange*. The team will send you a link to our returns portal which will allow you to generate a prepaid label for your order.
Fill out the return form which you can download here. There is 2 sections to this form, one for a return and one for an exchange, fill out the relevant section or both if required.
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and make note of the Australia Post tracking number in case you need to track your package at auspost.com.au*.
Drop off your package at any authorized Australia Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. As soon as we receive your parcel your return will typically be processed within 5 working days. (Times may vary during promotional periods).
*Items must be in a fully resalable condition.
*Revere will only allow one free return or exchange per order number.
*If you do not use the provided shipping label and designated shipping method, we are not able to refund shipping charges.
